MARKET:
Our
market has a wonderful selection of Seasonal Products.
Come take a stroll and see what we have for you and your family.
We have Mother’s Day hanging flower baskets.
We have many varieties of fresh fruit and vegetables.
For the fall we have all of your holiday
decorations. Pumpkins,
gourds, Indian corn, bundles of corn stalks, bales of hay and crab
apples will be available.
MAY:
As we open in May we start off with our own asparagus. Our asparagus is picked fresh daily, just for you!
JUNE:
Early June brings us one of our favorite fruits, the Michigan strawberry. They are locally grown and as sweet as can be. Strawberry shortcake with whipped topping available!!
JULY:
Come July it’s Cherry time. We have several varieties of sweet cherries as well as tart cherries available in our market. We will be taking orders this year for large quantities of fresh-pitted tart cherries with or without sugar. Fresh frozen pitted cherries will be also available.
AUGUST:
August brings us several varieties of Peaches. Our orchards have an abundance of Red Havens and Baby Golds. Bother free stone and cling are wonderful for eating and canning. Also, in August we have Apricots and some early Apples. Blueberries are just starting and continue in September.
SEPTEMBER:
One of our favorite months of all is September. We have around 20 apple varieties. Some of our newer apple varieties consist of: Honey Crisp, Galas, & Jonagolds. Other varieties include Macs, Fujis’, Granny Smith, Ginger Gold & Paula Reds, to mention a few. Along with our abundance of apples, we will also have an assortment of pears. Bosc and Bartlett are just a couple of everyone’s favorite for canning and just plain eating.
OCTOBER:
All of your holiday décor is ready for the taking. Get your holiday pumpkins, bales of straw, cornstalks and miniature gourds. There will also be many different varieties of hard squash to enjoy.
