20-Minute Easy Creamy Baked Asparagus:
1 lb. fresh, trimmed Asparagus Spears
¼ Cup Peppercorn Ranch Dressing (I used Ranch and added black pepper)
2 Tbsp. Shredded Parmesan Cheese
24 crushed (not powdered) Ranch Wheat Thin Crackers
Cook the asparagus is simmering water for 2-3 minutes (until it’s bright green but still crispy). Drain. Lay the asparagus in a shallow baking dish, cover with dressing, then sprinkle on the cheese and crackers. Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes until the topping is lightly browned and the asparagus is heated through. Enjoy!
